CS Surveying did a survey on the house we are buying.  They were unbelievably professional.  The survey talked the survey through with me before he visited the house, then called me the day after the survey and spent half an hour on the phone going through his findings.  We then received his report just a couple of days later which was so detailed and great pictures.  We were able to negotiate nearly £15000 off the house because of Johns report.  WOW!  An amazing company and worth every penny.  I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

He did what he was asked to do on time and I understand from the property owner helped rescue a trapped bird .
He was considerably less expensive than a quote from a local surveyor who had previously surveyed a similar size property. Who decided that trying to charge us an additional £500 would be paid for by ignorance? So very pleased when Johns quote was slightly better than our previous paid survey which with hindsight was neither as detailed or delivered as promptly
Nothing to add other than polite and did not talk down to me as a "non Architectural degree carrier"

We engaged with CS at very short notice after needing a surveyor on our new purchase after a basic valuation flagged up some things. We opted for a level 3 survey.
 
Within an hour Andrea had replied, we agreed costs and instructed the work and within 24 hours John the surveyor had been to the property.
 
He provided verbal feedback promptly which we spent an hour going through it and then within 3 days our report had arrived fully.
 
The report was in-depth full of pictures of all defects and approx costs to fix the issues.
 
I’m glad we picked CS over some of the bigger companies as those companies wanted more money and longer lead times.
 
John and the team are agile, professional and thorough and we cannot recommend them enough.
